Gender Diversity on UK Boards

This slideshow presents some highlights of a recent review on Gender Diversity on UK companies at Board level, and the level below (Executive committee / C-Suite roles).

The overall picture is one of gradual progress on a more gender-balanced board of directors, but lacking on the executive board and the top management level.
