CEO moves in February 2024 – Highlights

  • JetBlue Airways appointed Joanna Lynn Geraghty as its new CEO. Geraghty worked with JetBlue for 19 years before being appointed CEO. She held positions including director of regulatory affairs, VP/associate general counsel, executive VP/chief people officer, president/COO and more. She is currently a chairperson at Concern Worldwide US and director of The JetBlue Foundation. She is listed in Wealth-X as a Very High Net Worth Individual.
  • BT Group appointed Allison Kirkby as its new Chief Executive. Kirkby worked with BT Group for five years before being appointed chief executive. Previously to BT Group, she worked with companies such as Procter & Gamble, Virgin Media, Shine Group, Tele2, Telia Company and more.
  • Kirkland’s appointed Amy E. Sullivan as its new CEO. Sullivan worked with Kirkland’s for over 11 years before being appointed CEO. She held various positions such as vice president of merchandising, senior VP/chief merchandising & stores officer, president/COO and more. She also sits on the board of the company.
  • Terns Pharmaceuticals appointed Amy L. Burroughs as its new CEO. Burroughs was president/CEO at Cleave Therapeutics before starting at Terns Pharmaceuticals. She also worked for companies including SAM Venture Management, Cairn Inc. and DNA Ink. In 1992 she graduated from Dartmouth College, where she received her BA, and in 1997 she graduated from Harvard Business School, where she obtained her MBA.
