Hadley Mullin, a senior managing director at TSG Consumer Partners LLC and member of the firm’s investment committee, joined the San Francisco-based private equity firm in 2004 and currently focuses on originating investments and conducting due diligence on new opportunities.
She kicked off her career in PE at Bain & Co., where she focused on a range of sectors, including consumer goods, retail and healthcare.
Mullin in 2019 became a director on the board of digitally native fashion retailer Revolve Group Inc. (RVLV) and has served on the board of Radio Systems Corp., which does business as PetSafe, for more than 11 years, according to BoardEx, a sister company of The Deal.
Mullin received her B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar. Additionally she serves as the chairman of the Stanford Business School Trust.

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP announced that Claudia L. Hinsch has joined the firm’s tax, employee Benefits, and trusts and estates practice group as a partner in the firm’s Washington office. Hinsch joins from Holland & Knight LLP.

Hogan Lovells said Ben Garcia joined its finance practice as a partner in New York from Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where he was special counsel in the capital markets group.
Garcia has led some of the most prominent recent capital markets transactions in Latin America, the firm said. He advises financial institutions and multinational companies on a range of infrastructure-related projects in Latin America, particularly in the oil and gas, transportation and renewables sectors.
Garcia was on the team that counseled Actis LLP when it acquired the Mexican assets of InterGen Services Inc. for $1.256 billion in April 2018, The Deal’s records show.
Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP said Gregory R. Hall joined the Denver office as a partner in the corporate group. Hall comes to the firm from DLA Piper LLP’s Phoenix office.
Among other deals, he was on the team that counseled Inventure Foods Inc. when C. Dean Metropoulos & Co.-backed Utz Quality Foods LLC acquired it for approximately $165.14 million in December 2017, The Deal’s records show.
